Not a total bust.

This is the second time I've had my window busted out on a trip to the antique show. They didn't get anything but a couple of magazines and my reading glasses. I had fun anyway and I did enjoy walking the aisles at EXPO. I found fun things at Target and IKEA for Easter and I saw a chick flick. Not a bad weekend considering.

I was going to wait until I found the next two books in paperback so they would match the first book for a nice set. I couldn't wait to start book two. So I got them now. Tomorrow I read!

At the antique show I found a few fun items. The funnel for the Christmas trees. That wood box is nice. I'm anxious to use the chick chocolate mold. Silver items to resell at our shows and a wood spool made in France. I think I will wrap some old lace around it.

I was on a mission to find some nice old photos of young women. For a future craft project.

I really love old postcards. Easter was everywhere at this show. The holder was one of the things I got at the D.I. thrift store. I also got a nice little shelf. No picture of it yet.

I love unpacking it all and looking it over when I get home. A lot of times there is a theme. I have been leaning towards silver, wood and cream. Looks good all together. The Santa will be a big hit at the holiday show. The junking season has officially begun.
